Can I return a product if I am not happy?

We want you to be happy with the quality of the goods you receive from Toys and All Limited. However, if for any reason you do wish to return any items from your order, please do so within 28 days of receipt and in resalable condition for either a full refund of the value of the goods or an exchange. Refunds are normally processed within 48 hrs of receipt please allow longer over Christmas period. For more information please visit the Returns and Refunds page.

Are my payments secure?

Our website is secure. To be able to take payments online by Credit and Debit cards the Toys and All Limited website had to pass a strict PCI DSS security check. No payment or payment card details entered are stored on our website or on any database.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) and debit cards. Alternatively, we accept payment by PayPal and Sagepay too.

What are the delivery costs?

Standard 48 hr Delivery	All orders that are placed by 12pm will be processed that same working day and will be delivered within 48hrs. Orders placed after 12pm will not be processed until the next working day.	Free for orders over £50.00 £7.49 inc VAT for all orders below £50.00	Sorry but orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Isles are not eligible for Free Delivery. Please email sales@toysandallco.uk for delivery rates
Express 24 hr Delivery	All orders that are placed again by 12pm will be processed that same working day and will be delivered within 24hrs. Orders placed after 12pm will not be processed until the next working day.	£8.99 inc VAT	Please email sales@toysandall.co.uk to get a cost to post all orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Isles.

What is the last day for delivery before Christmas?

The last day to place an order for the Standard 48hr delivery will be the 20^th December 2017 and the Express Next day delivery will be the 21^st December 2017, orders placed after the cut off dates may not be processed until after the festive break.
