Orders placed over the weekend and on a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day, for example if the Bank Holiday is a Monday the order will be processed on the Tuesday.
At checkout we ask for your contact number and email address so that DHL can update you on the day of delivery.
The last day to place an order for the Express delivery will be the 20th December 2018, orders placed after the cut off dates may not be processed until after the festive break.
Refunds and Returns
We want you to be happy with the quality of the goods you receive from Toys and All Limited. However, if for any reason you do wish to return any items from your order, please do so within 30 calendar days of receipt and in resalable condition for either a full refund of the value of the goods or an exchange. Refunds are normally processed within 48 hrs of receipt please allow longer over Christmas period.
Faulty goods –
If you receive goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please let us know straight away, please keep the original packaging and if possible provide images of both the damaged packaging and damaged items. We will either offer you a full refund or replace the goods at our cost. Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend you use recorded delivery and obtain insurance, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Our guarantees are provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Cancelling your Order –
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 01952 691170 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org If the goods have already been despatched we ask you to package them up, in re-saleable condition and return them to us at your cost. Please be aware that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt and for this reason we recommend you use a signed-for insured service. We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods but unfortunately not the original postage cost. We will refund you 48hrs after receiving the goods back in the condition that they were sent.
