This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website and Toys and All Limited, the owner of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately. Payment Information must be provided by or with the permission of an Adult.
Online Ordering Process
In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps:
- You must add the products you wish to purchase to your basket, and then proceed to the checkout; you must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order and your consent to these terms of sale; or

- you will be transferred to the Sage Pay website where Sage Pay or PayPal will handle your payment; (1) we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.”
Once an order has been placed we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Normally, we will take card payment at the time of you placing your order. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. Toys and All Limited reserves the right to change prices from time to time and as necessary. The prices on the website include all value added taxes where applicable. In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated at the checkout. Payment for all products must be made by Sage Pay, PayPal or any method detailed on the website from time to time.
